RSVP

To RSVP:

1) Simply enter your full name and email address in the Full Name and Email fields.
2) To add a guest (other than yourself), please enter their name in the Guest Name field and click on the plus button.

To add another guest repeat Step # 2.
To remove a guest, click on their name.

If you wish to change or correct your RSVP, use the same email address you had used.
If you wish to decline, please email us at rsvp@simonsen.ca
